Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of TruthPane at truthpane.com, an independently operated collection of browser-based tools for advertising operations and analysis. Contact the operator at 53815263@qq.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
1. What the service provides
TruthPane helps you check campaign naming and launch settings, compare exports, audit tracking links, summarize reports, and model budgets, retention and subscription payback. Processing runs in your browser. The tools do not connect to your advertising accounts, publish campaigns or execute financial transactions on your behalf.
The public tools are currently free and do not require a customer account. You are responsible for having permission to use the data you enter and for keeping your original files and any downloaded reports.
2. Results and your decisions
Results depend on your inputs, mappings, assumptions and the checks available. Missing or skipped checks are not a pass. A discrepancy or historical match is not proof of its cause. Model payback is not a promise of profit, platform settlement or money arriving in a bank account.
Verify important findings against the original records and platform settings before acting. The tools and guides provide analytical information, not professional financial, tax or legal advice. We do not guarantee completeness, uninterrupted availability or any business outcome.
3. Permitted use and ownership
You may use the available tools for your own personal or business analysis. You retain your rights in your input data and may use and share your generated reports. This does not transfer ownership of TruthPane's software, branding or website content. Software copying and redistribution are governed by the separate software license.
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. We may restrict abusive access when necessary to protect the service and its users.
4. Pricing, payment and delivery
The tools are free. Pro is an optional paid subscription. Its features, price, currency, applicable taxes, access timing, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the Pro subscription terms below and on the Pricing page, and are available before you pay. A test checkout, test subscription or test order does not purchase a production service.
Using the free service does not authorize any charge.
5. Cancellations, refunds and payment questions
The free tools have no subscription to cancel and no purchase price to refund; Pro cancellation and refunds follow the Pro subscription terms below. Test-mode transactions are not real purchases. If you see an unexpected actual charge associated with TruthPane, contact 53815263@qq.com with the order reference, date and amount; do not email full card details. We will investigate with the payment provider and arrange correction or a refund where appropriate or required by law.
Purchases are processed through Waffo's hosted checkout; the seller identified at checkout and the Waffo buyer terms also apply to that transaction. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Privacy and third-party services
See our Privacy Policy for local processing, browser storage, hosting, support correspondence and payment information. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and policies. Review them when choosing to use those services.
7. Availability and responsibility
We may correct, update or discontinue free features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free tools are provided as available without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits from reliance on their output. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
8. Changes and questions
Updates will be published here with their effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required. For support, complaints or questions about these terms, email 53815263@qq.com. We will work with you to understand and resolve the issue; these terms do not require you to waive access to remedies available under applicable law.

Pro 为可选付费订阅，功能、价格、税费、开通时间、续费、取消和退款条件见下方 Pro 条款及定价页，付款前可查看。测试订单不构成正式购买；免费使用不授权任何扣款。
免费工具无订阅需要取消、无购买款需要退款；Pro 的取消与退款按下方 Pro 条款。如出现与 TruthPane 有关的异常真实扣款，请提供订单编号、日期和金额联系上述邮箱，勿发送完整卡资料。我们会与支付服务商核查，并在适当或法律要求的情况下纠正或退款。依法享有的消费者权利不受本条款限制。
数据处理见隐私政策。免费功能可能更新或停止，在法律允许范围内按现状提供；不排除法律禁止排除的责任。变更会在本页公布并更新生效日期，问题或投诉可通过邮箱联系。
Pro subscription terms / Pro 订阅条款
See Pricing. Pro costs US$9 per month plus applicable taxes disclosed at checkout, renews monthly until canceled, and includes up to 100 hosted structured daily reports, at most 1 MiB and 100 numeric metrics per report, with sharing, revocation and deletion controls. It does not include advertising account connections, automatic platform synchronization or professional consulting.
Access is activated only after server-side confirmation of payment and the corresponding subscription period. A checkout return page does not prove payment. If access does not activate, contact support with the order reference rather than buying again. Cancellation stops future renewal and preserves the paid period. After expiry sharing pauses; reports are retained for 30 days and then removed by scheduled cleanup. Renewal within that period restores eligible reports but does not restore links you revoked. Keep your local exports.
You may request a refund within seven days of the first payment through the manager or support. A request is not confirmation that money has been returned and does not itself cancel renewal. A confirmed full refund invalidates its associated paid period; partial refunds do not revoke access, and a refund of an earlier period does not revoke separately paid later periods. After loss of access the same 30-day retention applies. The payment provider's processing times and applicable mandatory consumer rights apply; contact support for other refund circumstances.
Pro 每月 9 美元，适用税费在付款前显示，按月自动续费直到取消；包含最多 100 份结构化日报托管，每份最多 1 MiB、100 个数值指标，以及分享、撤销和删除。不包含广告账户连接、平台自动同步或专业咨询。付款及账期经服务端确认后开通，回跳页面不代表付款成功；开通异常请带订单编号联系客服，不要重复付款。
取消续费后用到已付周期结束；到期暂停分享、保留 30 天，之后定时清理。在保留期内续费可恢复符合条件的报告，但不会恢复你主动撤销的链接。首次付款 7 天内可申请退款，申请不代表已退款，也不自动取消续费；确认全额退款后对应账期失效，部分退款不撤销权益，旧账期退款不影响另行付费的新账期。失去权益后同样适用 30 天保留期。法定消费者权利不受影响，其他情况可联系客服。
